AI-powered Compliance platform for fashion brands.
GDCN prepares and pre-validates application data for accredited certification bodies. The wedge is removing supplier chasing before the CB receives a clean package.
Brand review dashboard - Step 8
The problem in three lines
If these sound familiar, your compliance team is already overloaded
Supplier chasing is the job
You still lose 60–80% of the week to supplier email, bad file formats, and spreadsheet expiries. GDCN works with you: AI drafts outreach and follow-ups, suppliers use a no-login portal, and your team steers everything from one dashboard—not ten inbox threads.
TC applications stall on bad data
One TC often means 2–3 weeks per PO of cert-to-PO/SKU matching, missing fields, and CB formatting for Intertek, SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Control Union. GDCN uses AI on supplier PDFs to catch mismatches before you submit and to generate a pre-filled CB packet after validation passes.
DPP deadlines are real, data is not ready
The EU DPP deadline lands in 2027, but most brands still cannot see which product and supplier evidence is complete. GDCN turns validated TC data into a hosted DPP with QR, so you avoid a separate €200k–€500k rebuild.
From supplier request to CB-ready submission in 3 phases:
Phase 1: request setup. You upload CSV or enter SKU, PO, supplier, and certification data. AI organizes records, maps suppliers, and lists required SC/TC fields per SKU. You set up the GOTS/GRS/OCS/RCS TC request in GDCN, add email and WhatsApp contacts, and start outreach.
Phase 2: collect and validate. AI-drafted messages go to suppliers with context and a portal link. They upload TC PDFs, scope certificates, and material data through a no-login portal. AI extracts issuer, expiry, cert ID, materials, and batches from each PDF and checks them against the standard. TC-to-PO matching then flags wrong supplier, quantity issues, expired certs, and missing fields.
Phase 3: review and outputs. One dashboard shows pass and fail, and you confirm or override AI flags until the data is clean. When checks pass, GDCN produces a pre-filled CB packet for final review and submission. The same validated evidence powers a hosted DPP with QR and exports for CSRD, EUDR, and AGEC.
Where the core IP actually lives
Expired or wrong certificates usually surface at audit, after product has already moved. GDCN automates the two hardest checks in the chain—PDF validation and TC-to-PO matching—while most competitors still push that work through manual teams.
AI PDF parsing + standards validation
GDCN pulls fields from supplier TC and SC PDFs and validates them against the right standard first. Files become machine-checkable evidence before they land in your CB queue.
TC-to-PO matching at SKU level
It matches extracted certificate data to PO and SKU records—supplier, material, quantities, and validity—before you submit. Teams often spend 2–3 weeks per PO doing that by hand.
Everything around it is infrastructure
Outreach, reminders, the supplier portal, review UI, and exports are table stakes. Those two checks are where weeks compress to minutes and where the technical story is earned.
Pain solved sooner, not at audit
Two hundred suppliers with five certs each is about 1,000 certificates in flight. GDCN flags expired or mismatched certs at upload, not when a retailer escalates or an audit fails.
Green Claims risk control
The EU Green Claims Directive (2024) makes unverified sustainability claims a liability. Validation and matching before submit gives you auditable proof behind each claim.
No competitor fully automates both
AI PDF parsing plus TC-to-PO matching on live supplier files is still thin in mid-market fashion. That gap will not stay open.
What you get is concrete: one live workflow, one clear readiness answer
You bring one real SKU, one active supplier, and one certificate workflow. No PLM or ERP integration required to start.
GDCN maps evidence and runs AI analysis on real supplier files. You see every gap blocking TC readiness before rollout.
Your team gets direct founder access throughout the pilot. Not a support queue and not a generic early-access list.
Feedback shapes product decisions before launch. Selected partners also lock in pricing before public release.
Selection criteria: certified product complexity, supplier count, TC or DPP urgency, and capacity to give structured feedback.
Who should apply
If you recognize yourself in three or more of the checks below, apply now. The strongest fits are sustainability managers and compliance directors at EU-facing fashion brands where retailer evidence requests are already arriving.
You run 50-500 employees and roughly EUR20M-EUR300M revenue, sell into the EU, and hold at least one scheme (GOTS, GRS, OCS, Fair Wear, B Corp, or RCS).
Mid-market certified brands
EU retail exposureYour supplier certificates still live in spreadsheets, inboxes, and shared drives, with no reliable way to confirm what is valid before each PO moves.
Spreadsheet workflows
Manual expiry and proof trackingRetailers like Zalando, About You, or Selfridges already ask for clean evidence behind sustainability claims, and your team cannot answer fast enough today.
Retailer proof pressure
Claim-to-evidence traceabilityDPP 2027 is visible on your roadmap, but you still lack a field-level plan tying product, supplier, and certificate data to one auditable structure.
DPP readiness gap
ESPR timeline and riskYou are too small for heavyweight enterprise systems like SAP GreenToken or Worldly, yet too operationally complex to keep scaling spreadsheet workflows.
Fit gap in the market
Not enterprise, not lightweightYou can allocate a compliance owner for one pilot workflow and share structured feedback quickly, because the pain is already blocking shipments and claims.

Why now
Five concrete reasons to apply before this beta window closes
Waiting is expensive when retailer evidence pressure, DPP deadlines, and certificate risk are already active.
Only 15 spots, and most will go to the first qualified applicants.
EU DPP rules are close enough that brands mapping evidence now avoid the 2026 scramble.
No competitor currently automates AI PDF parsing + TC-to-PO matching from live supplier documents, and that white space will close fast.
Brands producing clean auditable evidence chains behind claims are already winning retailer relationships.
Selected beta partners lock in pricing before public launch.
